Cancellations by MentorMost
In the rare event that a course, webinar, workshop, or any other service is cancelled by us:
• We will promptly notify all registered participants via email.
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of notification.
Rescheduled events
If an event is rescheduled by MentorMost (e.g., change in date, time, or format), participants will be notified via email.
You will have the option to:
• Join the rescheduled session, or
• Request a full refund if the new schedule does not work for you.
Cancellations by participants
All purchases made on MentorMost.com are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us.
We are unable to provide refunds for:
• No-shows or missed attendance
• Last-minute change of plans
• Partial attendance or dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
